With soaring gas prices and checked baggage surcharges hotel chains have decided to give their patrons a break.  Even expedia.com is offering a $25.00 to $75.00 gas rebate for people booking hotel stays with them.  Loews and Kimpton chain hotels are offering checked baggage rebates.
